A BABY TO LOVE ADOPTION AGENCY provides equal consideration and opportunity to any Adoptive
Parents or Parent without regard to race, color, ethnic group, national origin, religion, and or sex.
The agency will work with married couples or single parents.
Age requirements are based on applicants being at least 28 years of age and up to 58 years of age.
Medical Exams: Current (less than I year old) medical and physical exam reports signed by a licensed
physician stating that the individual is not limited by or any serious illness that will prevent the
individual from performing the normal day to day care involved in raising an infant.
Financial means to provide for a child. Applicants will be required to provide the agency with a copy of
their most recent IRS 1040 Tax statement. (First page only)
If married, a copy of their marriage certificate. All marriages need to be at a minimum of 5 years duration.
If divorced a copy of the divorce decree will need to be provided to the agency. If a single parent and
divorced, the divorce will have to have been at least 3 years since the date on the divorce decree.
The agency requires proof of Health / Medical Insurance coverage.
ABILITY TO PASS THE CRIMIAL HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECK
U.S. CITIZENSHIP for at least one of the applicants and LEGAL RESIDENCE status is accepted for the
second applicant.
