Kellye A. Swanda is young mother of three adopted children.  She received
her B.A.in Political Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and her
J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University school of Law.  Kellye is a member of the
College of the State Bar of Texas.

Kellye presently has her own law practice in Arlington, Texas.  She handles all
areas of family law including Adoptions, CPS Matters, Juvenile Delinquency,
Divorce, Custody, & Child Support.

Kellye was Assistant D.A. for Tarrant County for 5 years. She worked cases as
a Special Prosecutor assigned to represent Child Protective Services.  She has
handled over 1,000 review hearings and tried over 100 termination and or
managing conservatorship trials.

Kellye has recently been appointed to a three year term to the State Bar Child
Abuse and Neglect Committee.

Kellye is very active in the area of training and lectures.  She has presented
numerous training sessions and lectures on "CPS Investigations",
"Representation in Abuse & Neglect Cases", & "The CPS Court System".  Kellye
has also conducted continuing education seminars for Child Protective Services'
Social Workers, Foster Parents and has been a Court appointed Special
Advocate Legal Training  for classes in "The CPS Court System" & "Kids in
Court".

Even with all of the seminars and lectures that she presents she has hosted  
Arlington's AT&T Cablevision weekly program, "For The Record".  Kellye has
also hosted numerous television programs on governmental affairs.
