Adoptive Parents Selection Requirements
A BABY TO LOVE ADOPTION AGENCY PROVIDES EQUAL CONSIDERATION AND
OPPORTUNITY TO ANY ADOPTIVE PARENTS OR PARENT WITHOUT REGARD TO
RACE, COLOR, ETHNIC GROUP, NATIONAL ORIGIN, RELIGION, AND OR SEX.
THE AGENCY WILL WORK WITH MARRIED COUPLES OR SINGLE PARENTS.
AGE REQUIREMENTS are based on applicants being at least 24 years of age and up
to 58 years of age.
MEDICAL EXAMS OF APPLICANTS
Current (less than 1 year old) medical / physical exam report signed by a licensed
physician stating that the individual is not limited by any serious illness that will prevent
the individual from performing the normal day to day care involved in raising an infant.
FINANCIAL YEARLY INCOME
Applicants will need to submit a copy of their most recent tax return, (first page only).
IF MARRIED, a Copy of Marriage certificate will need to be provided to the agency.
DIVORCES will be considered on an individual basis. Consideration will be given to all
circumstances involving divorce.
FAMILY MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE: Proof of medical insurance coverage
ABILITY TO PASS CRIMINAL HISTORY BACKGROUND CHECK.
U. S. CITIZENSHIP/LEGAL RESIDENT
Adoptive parents must be U.S. Citizens and or be legal residents.
